I took some time this past weekend to whip up some of these newborn caps from old tee shirts for the Mama to Mama Caps to Cap-Haitien Project. They were super easy to make… it took me longer to track down a few re-purposable tees than to make the 6 caps. I would have made more but I was having a really hard time finding usable tees. My hubby’s tees are pretty much beyond reusing when he is done with them, I don’t have that many tees, the girls’ clothes aren’t quite big enough yet and Bug’s are mostly covered in screen printed dinosaurs and such. I am little disappointed with the tees I was able to come up with but I am happy to be able to add a few to the cause. SouleMama is asking for the caps by December 10th… so there is still time to whip up a few and ship them off if you are interested in helping the project.
